Sign up for Impact Testing with CCC Health 2023 to establish a baseline of your cognitive function before participating in any activities that may put you at risk for a concussion. This important service is essential for athletes and other active individuals, providing invaluable insight into the impact of potential head injuries. This is an IN-OFFICE test that you must schedule for your child that is aged 11 years old and under.
